    Hi Sanyam,

I am Pulkit Aghi an independent windows 10 user like you and part to this superb community.

And the answer to your question is pretty simple. It really looks like it is a bigger task but using simple software you can solve it.

And slance310, I totally agree with you that copying them to a flash drive may boot, and using Nero, Cyberlink may help in this but the important thing is that Nero will only help you in creating an ISO file which might not boot properly.

I have already many for this situation and the only tool which helps properly is Imgburn.

And you have just followed the Couple of steps:-

    1. Download & install ImgBurn.
    2. Now Click on create image file from files/folders
    3. Now Select the Windows installation folder/files
    4. Now Make ISO image bootable
    5. Configure the bootable settings for ISO image.

That's it . Now you can easily convert the windows extracted file to iso file.

Hope it helps :) . Feel free to ask any further queries regarding this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

That probably will not work, but you might be able to copy them to a flash drive that might boot..

To make an ISO of a DVD you need a specific tool to do that.. There are a number of free ones.. You may even already have one on your computer if you have any type of Nero, Cyberlink, and numerous other type programs..

But does this also helps in creating a Linux ISO file also?
