I created azure account for learning purposes and I have to delete it.

Thanks for your answer, I do not have any subscriptions or credit card information associated. Then I think the account is inoperable.

The Accepted answerer does not cover the question, so please provide a valid answer to the question, how can I delete an Azure account. I'm in the same situation where I have an Azure account, but I need to move the billing country, so I want to delete my account and create it again.

Also not an answer, as canceling the subscription does not cancel the account. I don't think that azure is in this case GDPR compliant.
