install Aladdin Hasp drivers on W 10

Tried install from drivers on software program, Husqvarna Embroidery 4D, get error code:  30 5 370 1275.  any help?

    Thank you for the detailed information, Rosemary.

    It could be possible that the application might not be compatible with Windows 10. You may want to try installing it in Compatibility mode and see if that helps. To do this, refer the article Make older apps or programs compatible with Windows 10. You may also want to check the application requirements.

    Tried using the drivers on the CD that has the Husqvarna 4D Embroidery Software program.  After installing all parts of the program I knew I had to install driver for the usb dongle I've used for about 9 years or so.  I've used program on PC with W-7 and now bought a W-10 PC and want to install program there.

    W-10 build is: 18363.778 purchased refurbished HP in Feb. 2020.

    I have installed the VSM 64 driver from the CD but system does not recognized the dongle.

    Another file "technical" contains the hasp install drivers, opens up "Aladdin" and attempts to install but get error message that it failed error code 30 5 370 1275.

    I've also installed Realtek 11n wireless lAN Utility, not sure what it's supposed to do.

    I know this program is very old and needs updated drivers, how do I find them?  Husqvarna doesn't offer any customer help because it's out dated.

    In order to assist you in a better way, please let us know:

    • Are you using a CD/DVD to install the drivers?
    • What is the complete error message that you are getting?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
