It should be safe to delete them all but you can just delete the entries which mention Logitech.
Logitech g hub exe is missing; can't open, uninstall or re install
I have no idea why, but the .exe for logitech g hub, which makes my headset work, has decided to vanish. I didn't touch any of the files or mess with any new updates. Without it, I can't open the program or uninstall it. When I go through "apps and features" and click uninstall, it says windows couldn't find it. I re downloaded the installation wizard, but it claims that the software already exists on my computer. I checked the logitech forums and found a few people with the exact same issue, but no solution, so I decided to try here instead. Browsing around, some people have been able to reinstall using a 3rd party application meant to remove all files associated with ghub, but I've never heard of it and don't really want to download anything designed to delete my files from a 3rd part site. Besides, I'm certain that there should be a way to fix the problem using the windows UI, only I'm not sure how. I've found the folder containing the data for the app, but I don't know if outright deleting it will fix the problem or even create an entire new problem. If anyone knows the solution, any help would be greatly appreciated.

2020-05-07T19:18:49+00:00 Yeah, that was the 3rd part app I'd seen people mention... I'm not really comfortable installing it if there's another way to fix my problem though because I'm not 100% sure if it's trustworthy.
Out of curiosity, if I were to outright delete the entire ghub folder, what would happen? Would it fix anything or just cause more problems?

2020-05-07T18:23:15+00:00 Try Revo uninstaller free:
https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstalle...
The uninstaller will run the program’s own uninstaller then allow the user to run a ‘scan for leftovers’, if the uninstall fails you can still scan for leftovers which will then be akin to a forced uninstall & will remove the program.
If there is no uninstall.exe available then you can search for Logitech GHub & it’ll scan for leftovers.

2020-05-09T14:27:17+00:00 I decided to try revo (although I do still have a system image from 2 weeks ago as a backup) and the uninstaller failed, although it's now showing me 9 items from my system registry. Most of them have something to do with logitech written in their name, but others are a little more ambiguous like "NoModify - 1" and "displayversion". Am I just supposed to delete all 9?

2020-05-07T19:34:58+00:00 I use Revo uninstaller Pro & it has been very beneficial to me when a program cannot be uninstalled the usual way or when uninstalled it has left remnants behind.
Yes it’s 100% trustworthy.
Do you have a system image backup? If so then you may try it at your own risk.
Sometimes removing the folder is not enough as there’s be files in other folders &/or registry entries which can affect reinstallation.
