I downloaded Hindi language pack and then hindi phonetic keyboard. But it shows error "Hindi IME is not ready yet". How to solve this ?

I understand how difficult it is, when the device or app won't work in the way it should. I would suggest to perform SFC tools. SFC command is to restore corrupted files. Follow the steps on the link below.

After the SFC tools perform, remove your language and add it again.
