Hello,

I currently have regularly BSOD. The error statement is "system_thread_exception_not_handled". Sometimes it appears directly after I plug in the usb cable for (mouse and keyboard), sometimes not. Today, during I started the computer, I got the error that windows can not be loaded. Therefore I restart it again. And right now it is working. I am really confused about the error.

Therefore I installed WhoCrashed and got the following log.

I hope somebody can help me out.

crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\050620-7812-01.dmp

    Hi Geti98,

Thank you for updating me about the troubleshooting steps we have done.

I greatly appreciate that you have given some of your time to research about the cause of this issue

You are actually correct that it is highly probable that the cause of the issue is the USB-Hub because typically the causes of BSOD issue on windows 10 is a conflict of any external hard drive that is connected, inserted or installed directly on a PC this usually happens because of the conflict between the software driver and the hard drive attached to the computer.

But all in all I would like to thank you again for working together with me figure out this issue.

    Continue to be safe Geti98.

    Hi Anthony1129,

Just to let you know, I have research further on this problem and I think it is due to the fact that I am using a USB-Hub (connect to 3 USB devices) and if I unplugged and plugged again, it causes BSOD.

Therefore, at first I will not proceed with the troubleshooting steps because it takes me too much time. And hope the real cause is the USB hub.
