How to delete Account Unknown?

Recently I found a account i had deleted a while ago in my Users folder. I wanted to delete it, but the profile is not on my PC. When i entered the Advanced User Settings, i saw that there were 2 users (which i had deleted) with the title of Account Unkown. Is there a way to delete it? It is occupying a good deal of storage in my PC and i would want to clear it as soon as possible.

    Hello RuijieZhang1,

    My Name is Paul one of the Community Advisor and a Microsoft Consumer like you. I do apologize if you are having issues with your Windows 10 Machine and I am here to help you.

    You want to remove via User Accounts and here's how to do it.

    * Click START and search and open CONTROL PANEL.

    * Click USER ACCOUNTS and Click MANAGE ANOTHER Account and try to delete the account that you wanted to be removed.

    Noted. please let me know if there's a threat and try to consider another scanner just a second opinion scan.

    It seems like the profile has been deleted and i am unable to delete it using the method specified above.
