I keep having device unrecognized problem and it show code 45 and code 43, how to solve? i have uninstall the USB driver but didnt help

    Remove ALL USB devices and repeat 1 and 2 above.

    If no help then there is a hardware issue and you will need to work with the system/motherboard maker's support..

    I'm not sure which device because it said unknown USB device, sometime it will keeping popping up and disappear by itself and sometime it just not showing, no sure what is the problem.

    I have tried update all the USB driver but didnt help also.

    What device in Device Manager is showing the error? Check with its support for known issues. (And please tell me.)

    Also :

    1. Check with your System/Motherboard Maker for updated BIOS, chipset drivers, and all USB drivers.
    2. AFTER If using AMD check with their downloads for even newer versions.

    if using Intel run the Intel Driver and Support Assistant.

    troubleshoot doesn't help also, i have called the service center and  they say reformat my laptop is the only way. Not sure is true or not.
