You can try the steps
Please disable Pv4 or IPv6 transition technologies. Please follow the next steps in order to disable them:
- Windows Key + R
- Type CMD right click and run as administrator.
- Copy and paste each command below
netsh int ipv6 isatap set state disabled
netsh int ipv6 6to4 set state disabled
netsh interface teredo set state disable
- After running these commands, close Command Prompt and restart your computer. Check to see if the problem is fixed and if you can run properly ping commands.
