Graphic Drivers for ATI Radeon HD 3450

I have been trying to play Minecraft and Overwatch however experience reoccurring issues with my graphics. I tend to get a large red "x" claiming that I have an issue with my graphics card. I went to check if it could be updated, only for it to claim it's already up-to-date. I have a Windows 10-64 bit. I'm also aware that ATI Radeon is compatible up until Windows 8. This computer is a bit old but I have been looking for graphic drivers that can support my processor: Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU E8400. Is there any way to install a newer/better graphics driver? Can you recommend some graphics drivers that could work?

Thank you.

    Hi lil_goddess

From the Intel website, your Processor is now considered Legacy and does not have on-board graphics and is no longer supported . . .

From this link, your AMD/ATI graphics are no longer supported on Windows 10, for the newer releases

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-615

I am sorry, your system is just too old and not supported, on the latest version of Windows 10 . . .

The problem is with each feature update to Windows 10, with the upgrades, older hardware becomes legacy and will not work with the newer version . . .

    Hi lil_goddess

It depends on whether your system is up-gradable . . .

What is the Make and exact Model No. of your system, that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing.. .

    Hi lil_goddess

Below is the support page for your PC, according to the Dell support website, that PC is not supported on Windows 10, sot be honest, upgrading that PC is not really an option. . .
