Microsoft Storage Space Device

I am trying to play assassins creed origins but the drive  have downloaded it to is a Microsoft Storage Space Device and this is causing the game to crash at launch. I have been through 2 different members of staff in thee support team who tried many things to help but with no joy. Here is the results from dxdiag i ran to check them windows is on my C hence why its normal but how do i change the other two? All drives are formatted as basic

      Model: Microsoft Storage Space Device

    Hi Anthony,

    Thank you for your fast response.

    When the issue began I got in contact with support from the platform that hosts and develops the game and they gave me this link

    I got in touch with customer support but nobody was able to help me change the mode part from Microsoft Space Storage Device to something similar to what my C drive is above.
