Google Chrome Not Working

I have had this issue for a while now and, I'm starting to get really fed up. On my computer with Windows 10 Pro, my google chrome doesn't open or work. When it does decide to work and open it closes again in less than a minute. I have tried everything from re-installing chrome to completely resetting my computer and the problem still occurs. I have had no issues with any other apps just browsers. Out of curiosity I installed another browser, in my case this was Opera and Opera GX but that is doing the same thing but with this browser I can't even get to the point of opening it. I saw something online were Microsoft is blocking other browsers from working so that you have to use Microsoft Edge. But Microsoft Edge is no where near as good as google chrome and is a pain to use. Not only this but I have had to reset many passwords as they are all saved to chrome and as I cant currently use chrome I cant log into my accounts as I do not know the password. As well as this I also own a Google Pixel phone which works amazingly with Google Chrome on my computer but now I'm stuck with crappy Microsoft Edge. If anyone knows a solution to this problem I would love to know or if the rumor about Microsoft blocking some other browsers is true and if so how to fix it or for Microsoft to stop blocking browsers

i want to make sure i understand this correctly when you say safe mode. Are you referring to "incognito mode" for Chrome for example of actually going into system's Sade Mode ?

can we try completely uninstall all antivirus programs from the system and try launching it? (ensure system isn't connected to any network/WIFI at that time) Prior to doing this, i would also recommend running Full Scan of your default AV in safe mode. .... Reminder: Please ensure system isn't connected to any network/internet.
