Minecraft 1000 Minecoins Disappeared

Dear Microsoft Community,

I recently purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection and upgraded to Minecraft Beta to gain access to the RTX worlds (which looks awesome), I loaded the game and selected Marketplace.  I then clicked the add minecoin icon where I was immediately rewarded with 1,000 minecoins, exactly as advertised in the Master Collection package.

On returning to the main landing page and clicking the sign-in button for the very first time, an error message appeared up stating the Marketplace was currently unavailable.  I decided to quit and reopen the game where I found that Marketplace was working fine again however the minecoins had vanished!

Has anyone else had this happen and are Microsoft or Mojang aware of the problem.  I emailed Minecraft Help a couple of times without any response and when I emailed a third time, my outlook account was locked my Microsoft as I was suspected of sending spam!

If anyone can help (especially someone from Microsoft), I would massively appreciate it.

Thanks guys.

Hi Laurance

I am Wilfredo an Independent advisor

Are you logging in with the same account you bought?

Check if your recent purchases are observed.

You may also have problems with the store, follow the steps below

If they do not work, you must contact Microsoft support directly to access and review your account and detail the cause of your problem: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Since it is a reward problem

You can make the following suggestions:

  • Press the key

 win + i> the configuration window will open> Applications> Microsoft Store> advanced options> repair or reset.

  • Run the troubleshooter in the Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot window and then, from the list, choose> Windows Store Applications> Run the troubleshooter.
  • Press win + R key> type wsreset.exe and enter. With this you will restore the Store
  • To clear the cache from the Store press the win + R key> type:

ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches

  • You can register the store again, right click on the Windows start button and open power shell (administrator and copy the following command line:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

or

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Perform a clean boot, a “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. This is similar to starting Windows in Safe Mode, but provides you more control over which services and programs run at startup to help you isolate the cause of a problem: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135 / how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Please in this environment check if the problem persists.

You can read this> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402749...

I hope it helps you
