As you found out, Windows 10 Home cannot run as an RDP host. It can only run the RDP client.
As an alternative I suggest you use TightVNC. It is free and it runs on all flavours of Win10.

Hi everyone, I am a self learner and I am currently learning Microsoft Azure. I have created a virtual Machine into Azure not to access my Virtual Machine I have do remote desktop connection but I am getting error while enabling remote desktop service into my laptop that " Remote Desktop Service is not available in windows 10 home edition" so is there any other way to make it work out as I do not want to pay $160 for windows 10 pro version. I have watched some videos in you tube regarding that but they are asking me to download wrappers from third party sites and they all seems dodgy to me so please help me out with this. Thank you for your time.

Most versions are paid but the free version is all you need in my opinion.
It may be hard to find the free download but it is possible and it is easy to set up. However sometimes weird windows installations may corrupt the program and you will have to reinstall it. However it is easy and can even be controlled on mobile!

Technically speaking the Remote Desktop feature is not available in Windows 10 Home edition. You can try to use other RDP software like teamviewer or ultraviewer
