Our Epson WF-7610 Printer is showing an error code 0x9A. We can't download a Firmware update. Has to be a stupid Windows 10 issue. Any suggestions? Thanks so much
Hi,
Good day!
Error code 0x9A is the most common error of Epson workforce printers.
There are plenty of reasons behind the bothering Errol like;
- You have a problem with carriage.
- paper jam or other inside damage issue
- a problem with your ink cartridges
- corrupt drivers or incomplete installation.
To fix;
- Reconnect and disconnect your printer.
- Fresh re-install your drivers again should fix the issue.
- Check internally for damage issue like paper jam, bell string and strips.
- Clean the carriage.
- Use printer repair or utility repair tool can fix the issue automatically.
I have applied the above solution on one of my printer and the carriage clean-up as well as the fresh re-install of the drivers have fixed my issue.
