Go to Properties

Click on Device Manager

Right click on the Unidentified Device

Go to Properties

Click on Update Driver…

Sorry for the inconvenience. check if you can install the driver via Add legacy hardware:

• Press Windows key + R, type in devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
• In the Device Manager window, click on Action tab and select Add legacy hardware.
• Click on Next. Choose Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).
• Scroll down and select Xbox Peripherals.
• Click on Next. Select the latest driver forXbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows.
• Click on Next. You might receive a warning, click on Yes button to proceed.
• Reboot your computer.
