How do I play bluray discs on windows 10?

Whenever I try to play blu ray discs on my blu ray drive, I get an error in VLC. I tried getting help from Microsoft tech support but they seemed to be unable to understand what it meant to play a blu ray disc. o_O

One "advisor" said to use VLC and it would play any blu ray disc, but when I try to play any of my blu rays I get this error. Of course I googled how to get AACS library for playing blu ray in VLC, but the sites that are returned by my searches seem a bit disreputable. I want an official Microsoft solution for playing blu ray discs on windows 10 but there doesn't seem to be one.

    I am also using Windows 10. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Windows 10 doesn't include the built-in ability to play Blu-ray discs, because Microsoft would have to pay a licensing fee to include that functionality.
