Glad you got it sorted out.
How do I uninstall from Windows 7 a program that is not listed under Uninstall or change a Program
I downloaded Advanced System Repair Pro that has a good Trusted Pilot rating, did a scan, but didn't buy it so it didn't fix anything. Now it keeps popping up and I can't get rid of it. It is not listed in the remove/uninstall list and can't be deleted from the program folder because it is open though not visible anywhere that I can find. How do I unintall it?

2020-06-07T23:39:37+00:00 Thank you, Bill, for such a quick reply. When I just opened the uninstall list, the program was there. I had checked 3 times and even looked for today's date, but couldn't find it. Now all of a sudden it shows up and was easily uninstalled, so I didn't need to use any of your suggestions. Again, thank you for offering them. I will keep them handy for next time.

They may do more harm to your operating system than any good that they claim to be able to do.
