Roblox Jetpack Broken (Jailbreak ROBBERY)

I have just bought the Jetpack in the ROBLOX game Jailbreak ROBBERY by Badimo and I cannot get it to fly. I pressed the space bar and held but I still couldn't fly. Anybody have an idea of what's wrong? I need help cause I spent all my money on it.

    Hi, I am Nigel, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

    The jetpack is activated by jumping twice and holding the spacebar.
