Cannot Install Audio driver

I Am using Lenovo 3000 N100 With Windows 7 Before reinstalling Windows 7 I Had An audio driver sound max and audio was working smoothly now I am unable to hear the audio and the playback device contain a single drive and no recording device found

This is the error i Receive when installing soundmax .

And before reinstalling my os  I was using sound max And now I am Unable to install  Any body please help me to resolve this issue

    Run Windows Update and install all updates.

    Did you download the driver from Lenovo website?

    Yes I downloaded The driver From Lenovo website Bot nothing Helps....
