Wireless Mouse click sound with Windows 10
After service support, I no longer have sounds when the mouse is clicked. How do I get them back?

Can you please try the below.
How to Turn on the Clicking Sound on My Mouse Pointer
Right-click the Speaker icon on the system tray, and then select 'Open Sound Settings'
On the right side of the page under 'Related Settings' choose 'Sound Control Panel'
In the Sounds tab move down the list and find 'Start Navigation',
Choose a Sound in the drop down you wish to play each time and press Apply and OK.

Thank you for the description.
Although, during the setup process the chosen sound can be heard, upon the apply and Oking its going back to it silence mode. Any advice on that?
