my brother has just purchased a HTC hd2 t8686 Microsoft windows phone its currently on the 6.5 update he is unable to get access to internet <facebook ect is there any help you can advise to have this problem fixed for him please could you please reply back to following email address thankyou ******@icloud.com

The HTC HD2 was released in 2009 and all support for Windows Mobile 6.5 ended in 2013. It's a miracle your brother managed to find such an obsolete phone to buy today. Nothing can be done about it, he would be better off returning it for a refund and buying a current device.
