I have lenovo thinkpad t440 and there is a 240gb adata ssd in it I am recieving this error several times I had done every thing updating drivers, updating firmware on ssd, I have also reintalled window two to three times but it didn't help

I am still getting this error

After this blue screen  the black screen appears which says.      2100 detection error. I am getting this error frequently but when I shut down my pc from this black screen it boots up normally with no issues but again after sometime my pc crashes a screen stuck and the blue screen appears

First I thought that the connection of ssd is lose with motherboard but them I fixed it on it place.

But again I am getting this error

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Windows technical expert. I'll be happy to help you out today.

This looks like a hardware issue. It boils down to either a failing hard drive, loose connections from the motherboard to the HD, or even something as simple as the battery.

You should be able to access your hard drive from the bottom or side of the laptop, Normally you undo a couple screws and pop off the cover and pull the tray from the side. You are simply going to unseat and re-seat the HD. Note, if it a more recent form factor that uses an SSD, it will look like a large bank of memory, not a classical drive and you will need to undo a secondary fastener screw. It may be worth blowing some compressed air into the connector slot to budge any caked dust.

The other option is to remove and re-seat the battery.

    Hello,

    I bought a second-hand lenovo x250 1 month ago and I had that problem.

I thought the hard disk or RAM memory was damaged but after changing them the blue screen occurred again.

After trying multiple solutions I have found the following that at the moment after 2 weeks the problem has no longer appeared

    My solution:

Install windows 10 again and JUST update windows using WindowsUpdate. Do not download and install all the drivers that lenovo offers you on its website after scanning your PC

Just manually install the following drivers that you will find on the lenovo website https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/pe/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-x-series-laptops/thinkpad-x250/downloads/driver-list ( Find your lenovo model )

    1. Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for Windows 10 64BIT ( You can find it in "STORAGE" )
    2. Intel Chipset Device Sofware for Windows 10 ( You can find it in "CHIPSET" )
    3. Hotkey Features Integration for Windows 10 ( You can find it in "SOFWARE AND UTILITIES" )

    Reboot Windows

I'm not sure if this is the solution for all because that error seems to have multiple causes. But exactly the same thing happened to me as you describe at the beginning of the post

The last time the error occurred was 2 weeks ago if it happens again I will let you know

    Greetings from Peru

I have checked the ssd and its working very fine and I also checked my battery but the problem is still there I reinstalled windows several times but the issue is not resolving it keeps popping that

All the connections of ssd with motherboard are good.

I also changed my boot option in BIOS from Legacy to UEFI and then I reinstalled windows in its UEFI mode and then I checked it and also CSM is set "NO" in my BIOS and then after all again after4-5 hours it gives the blue screen which I uploaded above I earlier post and then It gives me that black screen of detection error.

It also happens randomly I was doing my work and all was working fine vut suddenly laptop's screen stucks and it says that message.

I could not find the solution of it.

My laptop is lenovo thinkpad T440

SO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD IF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION OF IT.

There also may be the possibility the drive is failing.
