Working on my PC and got this message. Has anyone ever seen this? I don't trust it since there are so many scammers out there. I tried Googling the phone number and got nothing. Came to the Microsoft Support site and this phone number is nowhere to be found. Called the phone number and someone immediately answered saying they were handling all types of support for Microsoft devices. I didn't trust it so told them I would call back, then that person immediately called me back. Sounds phishy to me.
Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

Is "Windows Defender" the same as "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security?"
Yes, please start the PC then run Windows Defender full scan.
Hi Ferds_N,
No, I don’t have it on my screen anymore. I did a hard shut down by holding the power button down until it went completely off. That was after there were flashes and disappearing popups that came up all over the screen. Should i just do a regular power on and then run the Windows Defender Full scan?
I appreciate the help.
Hi there BGG112508, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.
Its a fake Bluescreen of death, Microsoft will not ask its customers to contact a number for a certain fix.
Do you still have it on your screen?
