    Hi,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    The easiest way:

    Right-click Start and choose run:

    Type %appdata%/ and press enter.

Click Alt+Up arrow keys on the keyboard to go one folder back. You would see Local folder.

    Then Navigate to EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs

Otherwise, you would need Windows Explorer. Click View>Hidden files before.
