Hi Team,

I need help in resolving my wifi adapter as it is not working which is a common issue for windows 10. I tried to restart my computer a number of times.

I am getting this option and unable to fix the issue.

I tried to open device manager but I am not able to see the wireless adapter at first glance like the below screenshot

But when I select "show hidden devices" then my network wifi adapter comes as per the below screenshot.

I found the Qualcom wireless adapter which is hidden and tried to update the driver as per the below screenshot

I installed the software but still my system is not recognizing the wifi adapter. My wifi connections are  not coming

It is mentioning that my wifi adapter is unplugged by referring to drivereasy updates option

Could you please resolve my wifi network adapter issue by referring the screenshots and suggest a good solution for resolving the issue

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Jan. I'm an independent Microsoft Advisor and a user like you. I'll be happy to help you out today. I understand you have a problem with your computer not working properly.

If this is a laptop try to turn off the wifi switch or unplug the wifi adapter if this is a PC

Then go to device manager and Uninstall all wifi device including the hidden wifi adapters,

    Then search "network reset"

Open Network reset and Click "reset now"

    Then reboot your device.

Then plug in your wifi or turn on wifi switch

Wait for the device to appear in Device Manager.

    or Scan for hardware changes.

Then try to update again the drivers,

Yes, uninstall the driver, and once the pc restarted it will try to install a new wifi driver.

Error 45 . This error occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected.

If its already detected and functioning properly. No need to reinstall the driver.
But its better if you have the latest drivers installed.
