Hello R.Marahatta,
I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I understand your you want to remove the 80% limit and have your laptop charged up to 100%.
- Right-click on the battery icon.
- Select Power Options.
- Click on Change plan settings.
- Click on Change advanced power settings.
- Click Restore plan defaults.
- Then hit OK.
Check as well if there is an installed utility from the manufacturer that may limit the charging capacity of your laptop. This are common to new laptops to extend the life of it's battery.

This is a non-Microsoft website which would provide accurate and safe information. Watch out for ads on the site which are frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). There is no need to buy paid products to fix your computers as they do more harm than good sometimes.
Kind regards.
