One day my Microsoft store apps all just got deleted and disappeared from my computer. Then when I searched Microsoft store it wouldn't pop up it gave me a link to the website. Then from there I tried re-downloading my apps and games and it took my to the Microsoft store app I tried re-downloading apps but I keeps on saying "error 0x87AF000B" I then went to settings to reset the Microsoft store but it wasn't there. I even troubleshooted it and nothing happened, I then did wreset.exe (which resets the Microsoft store) and nothing happened even after I reset my laptop. I've tried countless things watched countless YouTube videos to fix the problem and read countless articles and nothing works, I'm very disappointed. Can someone please help, all help is highly appreciated, sorry if this isn't written well.

    Hi its_just_Max,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, I would suggest to run Windows store app Troubleshooter. Follow these steps.

    • Go to "Settings" simply press Windows key + I.
    • Click on "Update & Security", on the left panel choose "Troubleshoot".
    • Scroll down and click on Windows store apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

    If does not help. Reset the Microsoft store. Follow these step.

    • Go to "Settings" simply press Windows key + I.
    • Click on "Apps", then click on "Apps & features".
    • Scroll down and click on "Microsoft store", then click on "Advanced options"
    • Scroll down and click on "Reset"

    If the issue persist, I would suggest to Re-register all store apps. Follow these steps.

    • Open Powershell simply press Winodws key + X, then choose Windows Powershell(Admin).
    • Then copy paste the command below on Powershell.

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    • Restart your computer to apply changes.

    Open Microsoft Store check if the apps working properly. If the troubleshooting guideline above does not work. refer on the link below.

    The last option is to reset my computer which could cause me to lose files, i shouldn't have to risk losing my files because my windows wont work as intended, I'm starting to think the problem is my computer is updated as its still on version  1909 and not the latest version 2004, I've run the troubleshooter for my windows update and nothing has happened it says there is no updates available, under the check for updates button it says "**Feature update windows 10, version 2004"**under that it reads **"The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. Once it’s ready for your device, you’ll see the update available on this page."**then it has "learn more button" with  a link to this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-2004 help would be greatly appreciated as this seems like a huge problem, thanks for your time.
