Ctrl Minus (-) does not work

Hello, I have had this annoying issue for a long time. Basically, I can use ctrl + properly, it zooms in on web browsers, apps, games, etc. However, ctrl - has never worked for me, which is extremely annoying if I accidentally press ctrl +, since I cannot easily undo it. I can type - fine, all my other ctrl commands work, just ctrl - doesn't. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Hi Stick. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.g

You can also use the mouse wheel to zoom the page with Ctrl key.

In a Browser the Zoom level is also always in the Settings to adjust there.

Run the Keyboard troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

Try resetting the keyboard to default as shown here:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
