Hello,
Put the SD card in the card reader and plug it to appropriate port on your laptop.
Then open File Explorer (Windows key + E) and go to This PC. In right pane, you should have your SD card listed. Double click on it to browse or access the content on your SD card.

1.-Insert an SD card, USB drive, or other external storage device that will be your new default location for installed apps.
2.-Open Settings from the Start Menu.
3.-Click on System.
4.-Click on Storage in the left menu.

Open Windows File Explorer (folder icon on your Taskbar at the bottom of your Desktop)
On the left of File Explorer, click 'This PC'
On the right, you should see your SD card, double click that to access the files on that card . . .
