Can't enable virtualization technology

Need answers urgently; i can't enable virtualization technology on my windows 7 Hp laptop and I've tried every way but it's not there. Neither is in in the start-up menu and I can't run Bluestacks without it. please, how can i enable it on my laptop?

    You need to check with your device manufacturer's support to see how to enable this feature.

    I'm not sure if my device supports it because I have opened my startup menu multiple times and I have not found anytime relating to enabling my VT

    Does your device supports virtualization?

    Make sure check BIOS or UEFI setting of your device and make sure it is enable.

    Is there any error when you attempt to enable it?
