Why does Windows 10/google always ask me to verify my account every time?

Hi everyone out there (or in there quarantining).  Every single time I try to open Google or Gmail I get asked for security information.  I am really tired of having to make sure my phone is on and having to enter the security code for the phone every single time I try to open Google.com.  Does anyone know how to stop being asked to verify every single time?  Please help if you can.  I'll appreciate it a LOT -- and will try to think of doing something for YOU that doesn't transmit any pathogens.  I'm in Santa Monica, California.

Hi, I'm Bianca, an Independent Advisor for Microsoft, an expert and a Microsoft user like you. I'm happy to assist you.

You can disable the verification process by following the steps on this link:

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

I hope this helps. If not, let me know if this does not work or if you've tried this already.
