    Hi MasoodSharif,

Once you booted from the flash drive.

Click Repair your Computer >> Go to Troubleshoot >> Advanced Option >> Command Prompt.

Type and enter the command below.

    bcdedit /bootsequence {memdiag} /remove

then close Command Prompt and restart PC.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi MasoodSharif,

I recommend that you create a Windows 10 installation media to repair your PC.

    1. On a working PC, Connect a USB flash device and then go to the Microsoft software download website. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
    2. Download the media creation tool and then run it.
    3. Select Create installation media for another PC.
    4. Choose a language, edition, and architecture (both).
    5. Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.

Please get back to me when you created the media.

    Thanks.

    Hi MasoodSharif,

I'm Paul, a Microsoft Community Member, and a Windows expert. I hope I can help you with your concern.

Try to access the recovery environment, turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the Windows logo. After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears. Then go to Troubleshoot >> Advanced Options >> click System Restore and follow the screen instruction.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

Hi Paul, and thanks for getting back so quickly. My PC gets nowhere near the Windows Boot Logo, it boots straight from the Dell Logo straight into The Memory Diagnostic Tool.
