Windows 10 parental control not showing activity

Hi!

I have a problem where family safety in web browser does not show any activity from my child's computer.

Child has completely new system with fresh install of windows and he is signed in with Microsoft account. Everything else works fine, but activity page is empty (screenshot attached).

I know for a fact that he has been using his PC.

His account is a child's account that is connected to mine parent account. I have used family features for at least a year on his old computer and then activity was working, now it does not. His computer has only his Microsoft account and one local admin account that is only for grownups to use sometimes. Mostly only a child uses this computer. Child's computer has Windows 10 Home Edition and his user has admin privileges so that he is able to install and update his games. I mostly manage only screen time and block some apps and want to see his activity.

In family options at activity tab there is an error message:

Update your family member's Windows 10 device DEVICENAME to get family features to work - Tell me how to fix this.

If I press "Tell me how to fix this" then it shows me to update child's device. Child's device is up to date. I have installed fresh windows with all the latest update even the big May update. Fresh install was done in the beginning of June.

And one more thing. I have blocked Microsoft edge on his computer. This blocking does not work. If I use Edge on child's PC it displays me blocking message that time is up with this app, but still opens up Edge and lets me use it.

Today windows 10 parental control broke even further.

Now when a child's tries to log in to his computer he gets a message that his time is up and he can ask for more time. If he asks for more time there is an error message that something went wrong and it writes something about internet connection. PC is connected to the internet.

It is the same thing that we had a couple of months ago when internet was on, but family features could not be controlled from parent dashboard. At the time I redid everything. Created new family group added child's account, deleted all accounts from PC and added child's account again to the PC. Now I have to do this all over again. I seems you have to do this every freaking month for family features to work.

This is infuriating already. Forget that I asked these questions. This topic can be closed. Microsoft's family features are broken and do not work. No support or help either. Will look for the alternative third party software.

So i guess no help from here.

I have gone through these steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026772/microsoft-account-fix-family-activity-reporting

Done everything from there. Still does not work. Same notification message in activity reporting.

My diagnostics and feedback setting on child PC was set to basic now it is on full. For some reason I could not change feedback to full in settings app I had to do it from regedit. It just did not save the change. Now it is changed, saved and I rebooted computer also just in case. Activity reporting still does not work. Windows is up to date and activated. I even checked with Windows 10 update assistant. It did not show any new updates.

This is from childs PC (windows version):

It even displays the date wrong:

And Microsoft Edge still is not blocked even when I have set it to be blocked. Other apps are blocked properly. Edge displays blocking message, but most of the time still opens and is usable. Sometimes it gets blocked, but not very often.
