MPOW HC5 Bluetoth headset with mic

Hi,

I recently purchased the subject matter headphones and having trouble using them in Teams on my laptop. I have paired and selected them successfully through Teams setup but when I join a meeting everyone can hear me but I can't hear them. If I join the meeting in Teams through my iPhone all is working well.

Any help would be much appreciated

    1. Make sure your audio settings in Teams looks like this

    1. Check if your windows audio settings looks like this

    1. Try to make a call
    2. While already  connected (not before) increase windows volume to 100
    3. There should be a "bip" and you should be able to speak and hear

    This is how it works for me.

    It's extremely annoying, but better this than nothing.

    Thank you KamilEM, and I know that this worked for most other people, but I just can't get it working. It doesn't even recognize that I have a headset

    I was able to find out a (a bit annoying) workaround.

    Try to increase volume of speaker (to top value) while getting the connection. It's triggering speaker and you are able to hear and speak in the same time. Unfortunately you need to do it every time making or receiving the call. Some say double tap of MFB button during connection trigger speakers.

    Hi Antonio,

    yes I've done all that but no joy. For some reason it works ok through Teams on my iPhone but not in my computer App
