I've lost the product key and I can't reinstall it, what should I do?

    This might be illegal, each CD has it's own product key, my problem is I lost my product key

    Apologies for the confusion.

    The Product ID can be found by clicking on "Help and Tools" from the main menu of Age3, then click "About". It is a series of numbers 11111-111-1111111-11111. This is only if you can launch the game.

    If not and If you have purchased the game from the Microsoft Store, my advice is that you reach out directly to AOEIII Support with regards to your concern.
