Very frequently a message window popps up from "Slim ware" advising me to update my drivers. I also understand that the Widows also keep on updating the drivers automatically. What would be the safest method to uninstall the "Slimware" and its irritating message?

    Hello AminKhan5,

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem removing Slimware Driver update software.

Locate the icon for DriverUpdate in the Windows taskbar. It’ll be near the bottom right. If you don’t see it, remember to search in the icon fold-out that looks like a small triangle or “up” arrow.

Right-click on the DriverUpdate icon and select Exit.

After that, Press Start then search Apps and Features

Scroll down on the list until you find DriverUpdate

    Click it then select Uninstall

Kindly follow the Prompts for the Uninstallation.

Alternatively, Press Start then search Control Panel

    Select Programs and Features

Select DriverUpdate on the list then click Uninstall

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

    Sincerely

    John DeV
