Hi,

I am currently running Microsoft Windows 10 Home running version: 0.0.19041 Build 19041

For the last couple of days every time i start my PC up i get the following error message:

Windows cannot find 'C:/program files\AMD\CNext/CNext\AMDRSServ.exe

This error is now starting to happen across many more programs on my PC that i am trying to open such as Speccy, regedit the only difference is the error is for that particular program but the message is the same. I don't know what's caused this or how to fix if anyone can offer any solutions?

Thanks

Dave you do not understand my ISSUE at all the same error does not appear for all apps, each app shows me a different error for each individual app which states Windows cannot find 'C:/program files... and the location to that specific app so it does not show me the location of the graphics card each time so your solution is wrong.

Hi Dave thanks for that but i do not think that will solve the overall issue, what about all the other apps on my PC that have the exact same error when i try to open them? I also get it when trying to open Windows 10 device manager and command prompt in administrator mode?

    Hi Bhavick

AMDRSServ.exe is a process associated with your AMD/ATI video card settings

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then form there, download and install the ATI/AMD video card device drivers and associated software, then restart your PC . . .

On top of all this even my Windows defender options are not allowing me to stop real time protection or any of the other settings i have no idea what has caused this or what to do to fix it. I only just upgraded to Windows 10 about 2 months ago and its been a mess first the start up problems with black screen which there seems to be no proper fixes now all this.

Its OK for Microsoft to stop support for Windows 7 this is why i had to upgrade and then Windows 10 is a load of rubbish. Unstable and does not even work properly, crazy.

    Hi Bhavick

Those apps are probably trying to change a setting on your video card when they open, you should try updating that driver is each app is showing the same error . ..
