2020-07-17T04:07:55+00:00 Hi Kim,
Sorry for the delay in response as we were researching on this issue.
Regarding, System Restore button is greyed out that is because there might not be any system restore point created on the PC.
We would like you to perform these steps and let us know the result.
Step 1: Turn on SMB feature.
- Press Windows + R key together on your Keyboard.
- Type appwiz.cpl on the Run command and click Ok.
- Click on 'Turn Windows Features On or Off' from the left pane.
- Please scroll down and under SMB 1.0 CIFS File Sharing Support, check the boxes next to SMB 1.0/CIFS Client and SMB 1.0/ CIFS Server. If the boxes are already ticked, please uncheck the box and check it again.
- It will ask you to restart your Computer. Please Restart it.
Step 2: Enable Windows fax and Scan
- Press Windows Logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
- Type optionalfeatures and click on OK.
- Expand Print and Document Services.
- Check Windows Fax and Scan and click on OK. (If it is already checked, uncheck it restart the computer and check it back.)
