my usb flash drive is not showing in disk management how can I solve this in windows 10? It is a 2TB drive, it shows in device manager and states that it is working but when you click on it, it says no media is found on this drive.

    Hi Yao

Is that a 2TB USB flash (thumb) drive or a hard drive?

If that is a USB Flash drive, unless you paid over $1000 for that drive it is a cheap fake and the chips on those drives are really only 8GB and very unreliable

I am sorry, but the error you re seeing indicates that drive has failed, you will find a lot of 'fixes' on the Internet, but sadly, none of those will work . . .

    Hi Yao Antwi

I am sorry, that is a fake USB Flash drive, that is either a 4GB or 8GB flash drive with the firmware flashed to show as a 2TB drive, there is no way that is a 2TB drive and those drives corrupt very quickly. A real 2TB flash drive would cost you maybe $1000

Honestly, you should return that to the seller and get a genuine replacement . . .

it is a 2TB flash (thumb drive) it showed as 1.999 TBs after reformatting. it shows up in windows explorer but not in disk management, it indicates that there is no media on the disk insert a disk. After reformatting I was able to put some files on it before it went blank.
