I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.
Not every board/cpu brings additional virtualization options in UEFI/BIOS. If you dont see any maybe there arent any.
I assume you rather want to activate the Windows hypervisor Hyper-V
To activate it search for features in start and select "activate Windows features".
Here look for Hyper-V and check it. This will require a reboot and some time to install.
