Re-installing windows 10 on my Lumia 640 Phone

My Lumia 640 was running Windows 10 when the phone started to malfunction so I used the window repair tool and ended up with windows 8.1; How do I get windows 10 re-installed?

    OTC Updater, installed on your PC. read the install instructions on the page.

    There is a readme file with instructions included in the installation, these ate instructions on how to use the updater
