Getting Bug Check Issue Causing frequent BSOD.

Getting the following error in the  event log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffff9109887dd100, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: bb069790-7648-4f15-af2c-49372b6b8a11.

    I check the DMP files and the driver verifier detects this "WRCore.x64.sys". This driver is related to the Webroot antivirus. Uninstalling this application should fix the issue or contact their support about the issue.

    It is caused by ntoskrnl.exe. This is caused by corrupt drivers or can be a hardware issue.

    Please install all the latest drivers on your PC from the manufacturer's site. Then create a backup so if somethings go wrong you already have it.
