Thanks,

    Hello,

AFAIK, the Microsoft mouse, keyboard and USB transceiver are paired and will only work with each other. In case if they are under warranty, you can ask Microsoft for a replacement. Contact Microsoft Support regrading same. Else you may need to purchase a new set.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

USB receivers are tied to the keyboard. Unfortunately, if you have misplaced it, you would have to buy a new set.

    Hi Naveen,

Personal I Have Never seen Just the Transmitter/ Receiver sold separately. Your Best Bet would be just to purchase a new MS Mouse. There Reasonable Priced these days.

    I Hope This Helps...
