Minecraft Master Collection missing 1000 minecoins

I have purchased Minecraft windows 10 Master Collection a few days ago.

I'm unable to get the 1,000 minecoins which is included with the bundle. I logged-in into Minecraft using my microsoft account. In microsoft store it says that to redeem my minecoins, I just need to login Minecraft using your microsoft account and visit the in-game store. I did exactely that but did not get my coins. 

I have spoken with the Microsoft/Xbox support team and they told me to get in touch with Mojang/minecraft directly. I have had email exchanges with Minecraft support and they don´t seem to know about what is included in the Windows 10 Master collection pack and are not providing me with my minecoins. 

Can anyone help me with this?

    The 1000 minecoins is a scam. Never received and no one can help. I have called Microsoft 6 times and each time I am transferred to at least 3 different people. It is ridiculous. Microsoft needs to change the store purchase and remove the minecoins. Stop making customers think they are actually going to receive the minecoins.

    Please can you try and reach out to Xbox Support again and explain what Mojang has said about you contacting them.

    Same problem we have today, could not redeem 1000 minecoins from Master collection. 

    It seems that Microsoft is selling minecoins to scam people.

    Same. No coins with my purchase. Seems Microsoft or Mojang have a problem that neither of them wants to solve. Meanwhile, more people will get shafted. Microsoft or Mojang, one of you needs to do the right thing and resolve this IMMEDIATELY!

    Same I just bought mine today and I didn't get mine. If the promotion ended then WHY ARE THEY STILL ADVERTISING IT UNDER THE GAME!!!!!!!!! HORSESH*** I will be warning people of this blatant lie and ripoff. There must be some kind of legal recourse for this. I'm gonna look into that.
