Hi,
Your Transcend has no drive letters assigned, which is probably why it is not showing up properly..
If you did not install or clone Windows to it, it must have been being used as some type of a boot drive previously.. Are you interested in saving anything on the drive, or just want to wipe it and start fresh ?
You may be able to delete the 931gb partition from within Disk Management.. I'm not so sure about the 200mb EFI partition.. You could try if you wanted..
You might want to switch it to a MBR drive as well.. Because it has a EFI partition it is p[robably a GPT which is required for UEFI Bios..
All of these suggestions are available by right clicking on the Disk 1 or the individual partition, depending upon what you want to do..
I would not advise assigning a drive letter to any partition prior to wiping it, as it may disrupt your normal OS drive..
