Undetected/Missing drivers for USB PnP Audio Device.

When plugging in a new headset it comes up as USB PnP Audio Device under "other devices" and it is not detected as an audio device.  This headset does however work on other systems.

I have been unable to locate proper drivers on both my mobo maker's site, and through windows.  Oddly the device reports that there are no drivers available at all.

If anyone has any knowledge on how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded and installed what I felt was applicable on that list.

I did not update my bios because that can often cause as many issues as it might fix.

The drivers I downloaded are the:

    Audio

    Chipset and

    Sata (just in case)

The error code is 28, drivers not installed, though everything I've tried in device manager resulted in nothing different. (Deleting and plugging the device in, search for updates, etc)

it doesn't appear to have any real specifications other than it's a 7.1 sound card and it appears to use just the generic usb PnP drivers and audio drivers.  This is an image from the other device.

Hi, I am Sherwin, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

You mentioned it does work on other system, have you checked the name of the device appeared in Device Manager of that system?

May I also know the model of that headset?

    Sincerely,

    Sherwin

    Hi BucketLamp,

Can you share the details of that External Dolby sound card? Any specific model that we can get to find the right driver?

    Sincerely,

    Sherwin

Ah yes, the model is CM7000 by Vankyo.

When it's plugged into another device it comes up under Audio devices as Speaker Usb (PnP audio device).

It has a external 7.1 dolby sound card, and that's what my computer is failing to recognize.
