    Hi,

    Thank you for reply.

Actually this folder was created in D Drive when I tried to install windows 10 on my laptop and that was not properly installed.  Second installation was successfully installed. But now this old folder in D drive in not getting deleted.

I have tried to give permission and even tried to delete in safe mode but not succeeded.

    Please help.

Hi and thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Please allow me to assist with your issue.

The folder cannot be moved or deleted. Normally this is specified by an application package for Windows UWP Applications. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/schemas/ap...

Please let me know if I can help you further!

    Hi,

Can you screenshot the error message you received when trying to delete it please?

You most likely can't delete it because %ProgramFiles% still points to your D drive or D:\Program Files. If so, there is really no way you can delete this other than ensuring D: is formatted then reinstall Windows.
