or you can simply go to the microsoft store > search bar > minecraft windows 10 > it should say this product is installed and have a play button next to it.

Thank you Jin. I found the Microsoft store App and My Library. Minecraft is not in there. Any thoughts? I definitely have it in  my order history. Says 'completed' next to it....

    Hello HelenAtkins1,

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

If you have purchased Minecraft for Windows 10, you should be able to download and install it from Windows Store. In Windows Store, click the ellipses (...) > My Library > All owned. You should be able to see all your purchased apps on there and look for Minecraft then click the install button.

However, if you are trying to redeem the free Minecraft for Windows 10 has already, the offer has already ended last April 20, 2020. https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/ancient...

If you need more assistance regarding this, I suggest you submit a ticket to directly to the game developer. To submit at ticket to Mojang Support use this link https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    Kind regards.
