Hi,

I cant' connect my phone (Samsung s* and S20) to my PC (Windows 10) through the USB portal. Always appears message:

"The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it"

My both phones operate properly.

Could you please suggest how to solve a problem (I just want to copy paste some music MP3 files from PC to phone directly), but PC do not recognize the phone as additional disc .....

Thanks a lot!

Saulius

    Greetings,

My name is Rhaine, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

You can try other ports ,cables to connect. You can also try to run the hardware troubleshooter.

    Click the Start button.

Click on "Control Panel" to open.

In the search box in the upper right corner of the Control Panel window, type "troubleshooter". ...

Under "Hardware and Sound", click "Configure a device". ...

Select "Next" to run the troubleshooter.

If issue persist refer to this link below.
